Choose from savory fresh off-the-grill specialties like Angus beef brisket and baby back ribs, charred chicken and sausages, these smokingly good meat choices are sure to hit the mark for a Louisiana feast. Add a vibrant blend of sauces to your grilled meats like tart and smoky barbeque sauce, nutty chimichurri or hot mustard.

Not a fan of smoked meat? Find the comfort you crave in hearty dishes inspired by the French quarter menu, which includes shrimp etoufee, cheesy shrimp and grits, fried catfish, creole jambalaya, cajun stuffed chicken and New Orleans gumbo. The classic Seafood Boil composed of plump mussels and clams, succulent shrimps, sausage, marble potatoes and sweet corn is also an absolute must-try.

While the meat and seafood steal the show, you can also never go wrong with the staples. If you’re trying to keep it light, it got an array of salads including creole potato salad, classic coleslaw, mixed greens with roasted carrots, and radish and cumin dressing. Classic soup choices such as Texas style two bean soup and crushed tortilla with sour cream are pure bliss.

For those who wants some carbo-loading, whipping up some sides like white toast, corn bread, corn on the cob, grilled courgettes with parmesan, roasted crushed baby potatoes with thyme and garlic, and rice and beans are also another filling options.
