In partnership with the Royal Thai Embassy, Dusit Thani Manila holds a Thai cooking demonstration dubbed as “Thai Culinary Delights” in Mayuree Ballroom on September 28. This strong collaboration gathers the dignitaries and high society from Diplomatic, Consular corps, International organizations and Media to promote authentic Thai cuisines that is known and loved all over the world.
The event is organized as part of the pre-launch of the new Benjarong, the well-loved Thai restaurant of Dusit Thani Manila, which will be opening in the last quarter of 2017. Food connoisseurs can expect it to have a more elevated look in a new location within the hotel and a more modern take on Thai gastronomy while retaining the classic, century-old recipes that Benjarong has been known for.
The cooking class also features the resident Thai chef of Dusit Thani Manila,
Watcharapon Yongbanthom “Chef Ja”, who showcases her culinary brilliance in creating some of the signature dishes that you can look forward to in the new Benjarong. Chef Ja shares the secrets behind Thai ingredients and how to prepare and combine them in thoroughly delicious ways.
