The Pantry at Dusit Thani Manila fires up the grill for its patrons on its fourth year anniversary with the launch of its new Saturday dinner concept. A meaty and barbecue-filled Saturday nights await families and friends who are looking for a perfect weekend bonding experience.
Dubbed as Saturday Night Grill, it breaks away from the usual dinner buffet that allows diners to experience an unlimited freshly grilled meats off the grill like an actual backyard barbecue at The Pantry’s al fresco.
If you love savoring a luscious barbecue feast but dislike basting meat over hot coals, fret not as the chefs will do all the grilling for you a la minute. Indulge in beef cuts from long-fed Australian wagyu, slow roasted beef shank, sausages, meatball subs and more, prepared and grilled according to your liking. All you have to do is sit back, relax, have an ice cold beer or wine and enjoy the live entertainment while waiting for your grilled meats to be served on your table
The outside grill features one of Australia’s most prestigious and awarded beef brands, Darling Downs Wagyu. The steaks are unusually good because of the way the cows were grown — the animals are raised on grass and free range for the first one and half years to intensify the flavor, and then sent to the feedlots for another 15 months to achieve the meat’s marbling.
In case there is still room after all those all-you-can-eat barbecues, diners can still savor the regular buffet stations in the restaurant like salad, Italian, Filipino and Indian. The heavenly dessert station happily provides a splendid ending too.
Saturday Night Grill is available from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and is priced at PHP 2,800 nett per person inclusive of unlimited draft beer and wine.
