World boxing champion and Senator Manny Pacquiao went straight to Dusit Thani Manila upon his arrival in Manila after his impressive victory against Jessie Vargas in Las Vegas last November 6.
Pacquiao was treated to a Welcome Breakfast organized by Team Pacquiao, Solar Entertainment executives, GMA executives and Dusit Thani Manila hotel management. Distinguished guests and Pacquiao’s close friends were present to congratulate the boxing legend for his successful return with victory via unanimous decision.
“Thank you for these people for always supporting me ever since I started in my boxing career”, Senator Pacquiao said in his speech.
The “Pambansang Kamao” was billeted at the Presidential Suite before the welcome program and experienced the very best of Dusit Thani’s brand of hospitality. He also went to DFit Fitness Center and signed boxing gloves as a memorabilia of his most recent triumph and visit at Dusit Thani Manila.
Pacquiao made history anew as he became the first active senator to win a world boxing championship.
